I clocked this bird at 1:56 p.m. during our North Race 2006 in Aparri. Good enough for 2nd place. Nabili ko lang yung mother hen for P250.00 kasi nabihag lang ng friend ko, although PRPF yung ring. Before mag start yung north race nabenta ko yung mother hen for P450.00 not knowing na titira pala yung anak. I was able to buy back the breeder at P1,300.00. OUCH!!!! i've learned my lessons well ha ha.

Ever since I started racing, I really wanted to be a lap winner, kaya lang minsan parang imposible, sa dami kasi ng ibon kasali, I almost did it in 2006, when my bird finished 2nd in Aparri, my dream came true this year, 2008 when my bird not only won the lap in Legaspi, she won again in Sorsogon, whew, grabe 2 lap wins by the same bird. Umuwi lang sya ng Matnog and I'd win the championship again, kaso kinabukasan na sya umuwi, bummer.

I thought i was going to wait a long time before i win again, whew! After I won the Championship in 2006, I competed in the South Race of 2007. I was only able to clock as far as Legaspi, talk about a bummer. From champion to nothing? Not even a runner up finish?Aghhh. Then came the North Race of 2007. I entered 6 birds and I was ecstatic. I was able to clock all of them in Ilagan, but that's about it. Nagkapurna purnada na. Minsan nakaka asar na, parang chamba lang ba. My luck change pagpasok ng 2008, I joined 2 clubs, Sta. Maria Unified Pigeon Racing Asso. (SUPRA) and Golden Wings Racing Pigeon Club (GWRPC).

Hey guys, i'm very passionate about my pigeons. I've had them since I was 7 years old. But I only started racing in 2005. Like most beginners, i was on a buying streak. I bought breeders every chance I get. A lot of wasted resources before I finally learned to control myself and concentrated on buying the best line my money can buy. The first time I joined I absolutely knew nothing. I joined a fun race in 2005, my first, and I didn't know how nerve wracking that was. Waiting for your birds to come home. It was a fine Sunday morning and our birds will be release in Tarlac. When my 2 birds came home together I really didn't have any idea they would win 1st and 3rd places. Can you imagine that? First time and I won! Grabe! I was floating on air. A few months after that I joined a real racing club. There was a 3 month training program before the actual race was held, and my pigeon was doing fine. On the 1st lap of the North Race around November 2005, which was Ilagan, Isabe
