Favorite na favorite ko sya pichon pa lang hanggang sa derby. 7 laps ang laban pero sadly sa smash race ng Aparri 2 namin na cut off sya pero 12th Overall pa rin naman sya sa derby so ok na rin

Pigeon Diseases and Prevention

  Pigeon Diseases Canker (Trichomoniasis) Cause : The most common pigeon disease found. It is usually transmitted through drinking water and through parents feeding there young. Symptoms : Infected birds show a reduction in activity, ruffled feathers, loss of weight, increased water intake, and diarrhea. Cheesy yellowish deposits can often be observed in the mouth or throat. In advanced stages a stringy mucous and putrid odor can be detected in the mouth. Young birds are most susceptible to Canker. Prevention  - Control stress with half dosage of Improver and AntiFungal, this will control the stress to 0 in the birds. Maintain regular feed and withering schedules Sanitize waterers regularly Isolate and observe any newly acquired birds for several weeks Administer an anti-canker drug or Improver on a regular basis throughout the year. Hey guys, i'm very passionate about my pigeons. I've had them since I was 7 years old. But I only started racing in 2005. Like most beginners, i was on a buying streak. I bought breeders every chance I get. A lot of wasted resources before I finally learned to control myself and concentrated on buying the best line my money can buy. The first time I joined I absolutely knew nothing. I joined a fun race in 2005, my first, and I didn't know how nerve wracking that was. Waiting for your birds to come home. It was a fine Sunday morning and our birds will be release in Tarlac. When my 2 birds came home together I really didn't have any idea they would win 1st and 3rd places. Can you imagine that? First time and I won! Grabe! I was floating on air. A few months after that I joined a real racing club.
