Now I Can Talk About It
I celebrated my birthday last September 11, it was a friday. The next morning my uncle, who was working on my car for the past three weeks called and told me that i only needed to replace the thermostat and its good to go. So excitedly i went to the shop to get the sample. While i was there i dropped my phone and the glass broke. I think that signaled the string of bad luck that will happen to me the whole day. So without a working phone i went to Banaue to buy the parts i needed. My mom told me buy na lang the next day it's Saturday baka ma traffic ka lang, ayun na nga, ginabi na ko sa NLEX sobrang traffic bumagsak pa ke lakas lakas na ulan. Gabi na ko nakauwi di ako nakarating ng Banaue. Sabi ko takbo ako sa SM papagawa ko phone ko mag momotor na lang kako ako, when i went to get my motorbike, flat!!! Is this really happening? Nag commute na lang ako papunta, when i got there inikot ko yung mall, i got the same answer, they can't fix it wala silang parts. So i decided to go back home. Hihiramin ko na lang phone ng mommy kasi sumali ako sa pooling wala ako gagamiting phone. Di ko alam kung pano buksan yung iphone so i decided to go back to SM pagdating ko dun sabi ng technician di daw pwede sim ko micro sim daw kasi. Really? I can't seem to get a break. I decided to buy the cheapest phone they have me magamit lang. Mag pupunta pa sana ako sa loading ng GWRPA, while i went to get my pigeons, i noticed agad wala yung favorite ko, ano ba yan asan na kaya. Maiiyak na ko bakit di matapos bad luck ko. I decided wag na lang ako umalis baka me mangyari pa. The next morning sabi ng tao sa lotto outlet ng sister ko "Ping yung tinatayaan mo sa eazy two araw araw lumabas kagabi di ka tumaya! Ha ha ha.
While i was talking to a friend i told him nawawala yung favorite ko buti andyan pa yung isa kasi silang dalawa yung bet ko. Hinanap ko sa loft yung isa pucha wala din! Fuck shit me nagnanakaw, sure ako kasi di mawawala ng ganun ganun lang yun. To cut it short, yung pinaglilinis ko ng loft ko pala nagnanakaw, nakaka inis kasi sa tagal tagal ko nagkakalapati ako lahat gumagawa, kaya ko lang pinalilinis sa kanya kasi tulong ko na sa kanya baon nya sa school tapos nagago pa ko, when i did an inventory nine birds were missing. I was able to recover one of my favorites pero tinangalan sya ng pakpak kaya wala rin (shown on pic). Last Sunday wala ako na clock sa GWRPA out of my two young birds na naiwan, pinag iisip tuloy ako. Kung di ka kaya nanakaw.......
On a positive note, me pag asa pa naman ako sa MMFC live pa ibon ko dun, sana....

Anyway bad things do come from time to time and these things are part of our everyday life so its best to leave the bad things behind and look forward to a better tomorrow. Maybe it all happened for a cause and that maybe your next race will be a lot better compare to now. Again maybe it will help you regain your focus and composure in racing... Small things sometimes hurts like when we are caught unprepared, things like that can destroy our chances of say winning in a race not only in racing but even in our daily concerns. Preparation for me is big and important. Competition requires discipline, dedication and needs a lot of planning. Preparation is so key that winning is close when we are well prepared. winning is the total result or product of organized planning and right execution... I really don't believe in luck. For me luck is just a BONUS! I don't hang on to the word luck kaya siguro i don't gamble. In Business or in work, preparation is so vital. Planning ahead requires a lot of effort...
